Rain Cancels Many NB Day Activities

(August 4, 2008) – Today’s rainy weather has resulted in the cancellation of the concerts, Sunset Ceremony and fireworks as part of New Brunswick Day events at Old Government House in Fredericton.  These events will not be rescheduled.

Canadian Armed Forces Day activities will continue from 10 am to 4 pm.  The New Brunswick Day Merit Award presentations will take place at 6 pm inside Old Government House.  Six merit awards will be presented.
