Street Performance/Busker Policy

At the Development Committee Meeting on February 19, Council received a report from staff on the creation of a Street Performance /Busker Policy. Council directed that the draft policy be forwarded to the public for feedback and comment until April 9 2013. After the public comment phase, staff will review submissions and report back to the Development Committee with a final report on April 16, 2013.
