Please be advised that the Zoning By-Law and Zoning Maps are amended on a regular basis. All zoning information MUST be verified by Planning Division staff. To request a zoning confirmation letter please send requests including name, mailing address, phone and fax number and email address with the PID, civic address and current use of property in question to Planning.
A full copy of the Zoning By-Law can be purchased for $25 and large size prints of the zoning maps can be purchased for $5 per sheet ($125 for entire set) by contacting the Development Services Department at (506) 460-2075 or via email at Planning.
