Payment Centre
General Information / Water and Sewer Payment Options
In keeping with our Mission Statement, "Working together to serve our customers in an effective, efficient, professional and financially responsible manner", the City of Fredericton has a Payment Centre which offers the most requested city services at one convenient location.
The Payment Centre is located at 397 Queen Street. Please use the main business entrance located directly behind City Hall. Ample parking is available in the York Street Carpark.

The Payment Centre accepts Cash, Personal Cheque, Debit, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Please make payments 4 days in advance of the due-date to allow for processing.
Please Note: The City of Fredericton is unable to accept payment with a Visa, Master Card or American Express over the telephone. The City of Fredericton is also unable to accept payment with a credit card that does not bear the name of the person attempting to make payment.

Payment Options - City of Fredericton Water & Sewer Utility
TO SAVE TIME USE ONE OF THE FIRST THREE METHODS
- PRE-AUTHORIZED, QUICK & EASY PAYMENT OPTION "NO CHARGE":
You may arrange for pre-authorized payments. Automatic withdrawal from your bank account on the date your bill is due. You may pick up a pre-authorized payment application at the City Service Centre or you may call 506 460-2007 and an application will be mailed to you.
- TELEPHONE/INTERNET BANKING:
You may pay your water bill over the telephone using the Telephone Banking system with your own banking institution. We are listed as "Water Fredericton" with most banks.
With some banks you will have the option of paying your Fredericton water bill on their website. Since all banks have a slightly different system, you should check with your branch if you have difficulty finding this option.
Please use your Location ID number as your account number when using telephone or Internet banking.
- SNB WEBSITE "NO CHARGE":
If you have access to the Web you can access the Service New Brunswick website to pay your water bill by Mastercard or Visa.
- IN PERSON:
Kings Place and Regent Mall Postal Outlets accept cash, cheque or debit card payments. Debit surcharge applied. Kings Place Postal Outlet hours are: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:30. Closed Saturday and Sunday.. . Regent Mall Postal Outlet hours are: Monday-Friday 9:30 - 9:00.Saturday 9:30-7:00. Closed Sunday and holidays.
At any Fredericton branch of the Bank of Nova Scotia (No charge).
The Northside Pharmasave in Marysville at 231 Canada Street accepts cash, cheque, debit card and Visa or Mastercard payments. Credit card surcharge of 3.5% is charged.
Jean Coutu, Devon Park Shopping Center accepts cash or cheque payments. Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and on Holidays.
