By-laws cited below are scheduled for Third Reading consideration by the Council of the City of Fredericton on the date set out. Pursuant to Sections 11.1(1)(2), 12(1)(1.2)(1.3) of the Municipalities Act, each of the By-laws can be examined in the Office of the City Clerk located at City Hall, 397 Queen St., Fredericton, NB, between the hours of 8:15 am and 4:30 pm inclusive on regular business days or, an electronic version can be accessed by linking to the relevant pdf file identified below.

Subsequent to Third and Final Reading, on the Council date set out below, the relevant pdf file will be removed from this page.  All enacted By-laws are available on our website.
