Apply for Wellfield Exemption
If the property is not in compliance with the Order at the time of designation, the property owner must apply for an Exemption (see the Exemption Application Form). An exemption will allow residents time to make changes on their property in order to meet the requirements of the Order. The amount of time granted will depend on which type of exemption is applied for.
Exemption Application Forms are to be forwarded to the Wellfield Protection Officer.
