Police Trying to Identify a Suspect Vehicle in August 4 Hit and Run

The Fredericton Police Force is asking for the public's help in locating a vehicle involved in a hit and run which occurred on Friday August 4, 2017 at approximately 5:45p.m.

The collision occurred at the intersection of Bishop Drive and the traffic circle.

The suspect vehicle was traveling East bound on Bishop Drive and turned left on a solid green light leading to the traffic circle, failing to yield to the oncoming vehicle. The vehicle then fled the scene to Smythe Street, towards the back of Canadian Tire and down a grass hill onto Priestman Street to continue on York Street.

The suspect vehicle is described as an older model midsized white SUV with some white sticker(s) on the lower right portion of the rear window.
