CDSA Warrant Executed After Arrest

On September 18, 2019, members of the Fredericton Police Force’s Drug Unit arrested a 45-year old male on Fredericton’s Southside, as part of an ongoing investigation.

Subsequently, the Drug Unit executed a Controlled Drug and Substances Act Warrant at a residence on the city's Northside, and seized a quantity of drugs, several firearms, and other weapons.

The man was released on a promise to appear in court on November 6, 2019 to answer to four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled substance and several weapons related charges, including unlawful possession of a firearm, unsafe storage, and possession of a prohibited weapon.
