Neighbourhood Action Team
Staff Sergeant Brian Ford was recently promoted as the supervisor in charge of the Neighbourhood Action Team (NAT).
Corporal Sue Evans is the newly appointed Team Leader for NAT North, while Corporal Mike Berry is the newly appointed Team Leader for NAT South. In addition, each patrol platoon will designate a Corporal as a Neighbourhood Action Team Liaison who will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with the NAT Corporals and Patrol members, to ensure continuity of information and joint proactive and reactive responses to identified neighbourhood issues.

NOTE:Saint Mary's Neighbourhood Officers will remain associated with the Saint Mary's Office as per contractual arrangements. These officers will work in conjunction with both NAT North and NAT South regarding matters concerning Saint Mary's First Nations. Youth Criminal Justice Coordinator will work in conjunction with both NAT North and NAT South regarding matters concerning Young Offender.
The Neighbourhood Action Team will provide a distinct enhancement to the existing police service delivery model in Fredericton. The NAT members and satellite offices are over and above the Patrol Response Platoon officers who will still be available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, as well as Major Crime Detectives and other specialized services.
