Wandering Person Registry

The "Wandering Persons Registry" is part of an internal automated information system at the Fredericton Police Force. The registry provides the Fredericton Police Force quick and easy access to a registrant's photograph and pertinent information therefore assisting in locating your loved one if they should become lost or missing.

The registry is used to locate any person who may wander and would require police assistance to locate (i.e., head injury victims, mentally handicapped persons and Alzheimer's patients).

The information provided is strictly confidential and will be accessible by the Fredericton Police Force employees only. If registrant has Alzheimer, we encourage you to still register the individual with your local Alzheimer Society or the registry office at 1-800-616-8816, as they provide a Canada-wide registry.
