Moms On The Move
Move this Ways' popular 'Mom on the Move' walking program starts up for another busy summer!
'Mom on the Move' walks will be offered every Tuesday and Thursday morning (weather permitting) from May 22nd to October 4th. These walks are offered free of charge to all interested parties, though it is mostly Moms and expecting Moms, Dads grandparent and other caregiver are more than welcome. Walks are from 9:30-10:30am and cover about 5km. We walk on various parts of the cities extensive trail system. No experience necessary; just bring your stroller, snuggly, or other mode of baby transportation.
