Free Indoor Tennis Open House
The City of Fredericton in partnership with Tennis New Brunswick would like to invite you to a free indoor tennis open house Saturday December 1st, 2007. The Building Tennis Communities open house welcomes anyone who has an interest in tennis to attend. The Open house will be the site of the official release of a new tennis based program known as "Indoor Kids Team Tennis"
Indoor Kids Team Tennis is a 6 week tennis program based out of Leo Hayes High School. The program has two age categories, Tykes 4-7 year olds, and Pee Wee 8-10 year olds (equipment will be provided). The 6 week course will run on Saturdays from 10am - 12noon starting Saturday December 8, 2007.
Indoor Kids Team Tennis is designed as an introduction to tennis. Participants will learn the basic skills and rules of the sport prior to moving into game play.
Tennis is a sport for life, as players of all ages play for recreation and fitness. Stop by the open house and see what fun awaits children of all interest and ability levels on Saturday December 1st, 2007 at 10am.
