During this Saturday Morning Series rejuvenate your body and mind. Learn the basics of proper body alignment for better posture, balance, coordination and flexibility. Learn how to increase your functional lung capacity by increasing your body awareness and letting go of restricting tension throughout your body. Be a more relaxed, focused, confident you.

This is a free program open to all interested individuals aged 14 and over.
