Online Registration

Introduction

The City of Fredericton understands the time constraints faced in the ever changing world today. With more demands being placed on people's time we understand that it may be difficult to find the time between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday - Friday to register for the latest recreation program. It is because of this demand that the City of Fredericton would like to offer the user the convenience of online registration. No traffic and no line-ups in the comfort of your home, online registration is available for you 24hrs a day.

Getting Started

Getting started is easy; the only thing needed is a Login ID and an Account PIN. Actually, if you have registered for a Fredericton Indoor Pool program after August 2007 you may already have a Login ID and an Account PIN. To see if you already have an account set-up click here.

If you have never registered for a program before and you would like a Login ID and Account PIN to be issued to you, please visit or telephone the Community Services Department at 335 Queen Street, 460-2230 or the Fredericton Indoor Pool, 79 Carrington Lane, 460-2273, during business hours.

Program Registration

New recreation programs are accepting registration continuously. We would encourage you to check the City of Fredericton web site frequently for updates. With online registration you have the capabilities to see program information. By clicking on the "programs currently available for registration" box you can see and register for programs that are accepting registrations. If the course is full you can add your name to the waiting list.

If there isn't a "Register" option available the activity is not available for registration at this time. Please telephone the Community Services Department at 335 Queen Street, 460-2230 or the Fredericton Indoor Pool, 79 Carrington Lane, 460-2273, during business hours for further details.

View Facility Availability and Online Booking Request

Getting information regarding the availability of facilities or playing fields just got easier. The City of Fredericton is proud to release a new online tool to provide users with the ability to View Facility Availability and submit a Rental Request Form online.

Some unique features of this online tool is that it lets you, the user, set the parameters. Whether you are looking for league time or a one time booking, this is for you. This tool allows you to quickly search through all playing fields/facilities/meeting rooms to ensure that everything is perfect for your activity. You can search any of the following criteria: 

1. Date (seasonal searches for league, or one time bookings)
2. Time (length of rental)
3. Specific Facilities (ex. Leo Hayes High School Main Gym, Lady Beaverbrook Rink)
4. Specific Sports/Activities (ex. Badminton, Wrestling)
5. Specific Facility Types (ex. Gymnasium, Arena, Meeting Room)

Unfortunately, facility booking is not available online. However, you can call the Community Services Department at 335 Queen Street, 460-2230 or the Fredericton Indoor Pool, 79 Carrington Lane, 460-2273, during business hours, or submit an online Rental Request Form. A customer service representative will contact you by 4 pm the next business day to discuss your rental request.
