Description

The lodge is located in beautiful Killarney Lake Park, 1600 St. Mary's Street - just three miles away from the city center. This facility features two meeting rooms on the main floor with a third, larger room, on the top floor of the lodge. Each room features either a kitchen or kitchenette and all are available for an hourly rental fee to groups or individuals who would like to host meetings, social gatherings or recreational opportunities.

Location:                      Main level facing the front parking lot. 

Room Amenities:       Kitchenette with microwave, barfridge and dishes.

 

Salon B

Location:                      Main level facing the lake. 

Room Amenities:       Furnished with couch, loveseat and chair. Room can be adapted for meetings.

Rotary Room

Location:                      Upstairs with a balcony facing the lake with patio tables and

chairs. 

Room Amenities:        Room is equipped with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen.

All rooms are set up and arranged by staff for your event according to the information provided on your application form.

Rotary Room & Salon B (Noon - 1am). If a group would like Salon A, charge for one hour if they do not require the room to be set-up (tables, chairs etc.). Charge 2 hours if they would like the room set-up

 

C)                Youth Groups / Organizations

Overnight groups (4pm-12pm) $100/night

 

Additional Fees:

 

A)    Rental Deposit                                  $100.00

a.       Required with weddings and large events in order to hold date)

 

B)    Damage Deposit                                $250.00

a.       In the form of a cheque made out to the "City of Fredericton". Cheque will be destroyed if not needed.

 

C)    Janitor Fee                                         $50.00
