Description
The lodge is located in beautiful Killarney Lake Park, 1600 St. Mary's Street - just three miles away from the city center. This facility features two meeting rooms on the main floor with a third, larger room, on the top floor of the lodge. Each room features either a kitchen or kitchenette and all are available for an hourly rental fee to groups or individuals who would like to host meetings, social gatherings or recreational opportunities.

Salon A
Location: Main level facing the front parking lot.
Room Amenities: Kitchenette with microwave, barfridge and dishes.
Salon B
Location: Main level facing the lake.
Room Amenities: Furnished with couch, loveseat and chair. Room can be adapted for meetings.
Rotary Room
Location: Upstairs with a balcony facing the lake with patio tables and chairs.
Room Amenities: Room is equipped with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen.
All rooms are set up and arranged by staff for your event according to the information provided on your application form.

Special Rates:
Weddings $325.00
Rotary Room & Salon B (Noon - 1am) - includes table and chair set-up, caterer prep time or kitchen use and next morning clean-up.
If a group would like Salon A, an additional charge of $25.00 (plus HST) will apply for use of the room without set-up or $50.00 (plus HST) for the room to be set-up with tables and chairs.
If a group wishes to set-up the night before an additional charge of $50.00 (no HST) will apply.
Additional Fees:
A) Rental Deposit $100.00
Required with weddings and large events in order to hold the date.
B) Damage Deposit $250.00
In the form of a cheque made out to the "City of Fredericton". Cheque will be destroyed if not needed.
C) Janitor Fee $85.00
This fee can be paid in lieu of cleaning. Unless paid, the renter is responsible for picking up garbage, cleaning off tables, tidying up the room, sweeping the floor and cleaning the kitchen including washing any dishes used.
D) SOCAN
If you are playing music at your event, SOCAN fees will apply.
