The Nashwaaksis Middle School trail is a loop type trail. It is a 20-minute walk around the trail.

Parking is available on site in the school parking lot

The trail is narrow when compared to some other city trails but has a smooth level crusher dust surface.

The trail is a primarily used as a neighborhood trail.
The property contains soccer and ball fields. The Indoor Pool, Nashwaaksis Field House and Nashwaaksis Public Library are all located on premises.

There are bathrooms and drinking fountains at the Fredericton Indoor Pool during open hours.
