Zig Zag is the City of Fredericton’s unique supervised playground program. Four teams of enthusiastic student ‘park activity leaders’ will travel to 32 playgrounds throughout the city. Activities are based on the interests of the children, the focus is on physical activity but some time is also spent on crafts, and quiet games. Check the lists below for the locations in your neighbourhood:
Registration Information: This is a drop-in program rather than a daycamp, which means that the children who attend are free to come and go as they wish. There is no advanced registration, and no registration fee, parents/guardians simply need to go to the neighborhood park with their child(ren) on the first day and fill out the necessary forms.
