Come visit the Fredericton Indoor Pool - with lots of activities for the whole family. Are you up for a challenge? Enjoy the thrilling water slide or swing off the tarzan rope into a recreational 25 meter pool. Parents, enjoy the 92 degree swirl pool with your children or take a relaxing break in the Sauna. The Fredericton Indoor Pool is completely wheelchair accessible, and affordable to all.

The Fredericton Indoor Pool offers many aquatic courses and activities for everyone to enjoy. The pool is proud to offer the Lifesaving Society's new Swim For Life instruction program for all ages. For advanced aquatics, lifesaving and lifeguarding, we offer the Canadian Swim Patrol, the Bronze Medal awards and National Lifeguard courses as well as swimming Instruction courses.
