Odell Lodge
Odell Lodge
Located in Odell Park off Rookwood Avenue, this facility features a large meeting room with a fireplace, a wheelchair accessible washroom and a kitchen upstairs, with a smaller room and washrooms downstairs. The lodge is available to the public for an hourly rental fee to groups or individuals wishing to hold meetings, lectures and social gatherings. Please note, Odell Lodge is an alcohol and smoke free facility. The current rental rate is $16.95 per hour (hst included). Rentals included both floors of the lodge, they are not available to rent separately.
Please note: BBQ’s are not provided for use at Odell Lodge. Please feel free to use the BBQ pits near the parking lot area.
Main auditorium:
- Dimensions: 35ft x 31ft.
- Holds 70 people.
- Upstairs is equipped with a pull down projector screen.
- Three in one unit containing a whiteboard, corkboard and flip chart.
- One podium.
- Large fireplace insert.
- 9 tables.
- 79 chairs.
- Upstairs washroom/wheelchair accessible.
Large outside deck:
- Dimensions: 52ft x 9ft with a beautiful view of the Saint John river.
Kitchen- Dimensions:
- 17ft x 11 ft.
- Includes new fridge, cooking stove with oven, microwave, and coffee maker.

Please note: the Odell Lodge kitchen is not equipped with dishware or cutlery.
Outside patio:
- Dimensions: 31ft x 41ft.
- Accented with beautiful annual flowers and benches.
- Equipped with one outlet (two plug-ins)
- Wheelchair ramp.
Downstairs auditorium:
- Dimensions are 34ft x 30ft.
- Holds 30 people.
- Two large washrooms.
- Large fireplace insert.
- Outside receptacle outlet (two plug-ins).
Note: There is no smoking or alcohol permitted in the lodge. If you wish to come in early to set up you must book for this time for us to staff it. Odell Lodge requires one (1) hour between bookings for clean up purposes.BBQ`s are not allowed on the outside deck but can be used under it. All vehicles must return to the parking lot after unloading items, passengers or patrons refusing to do so will lose lodge privileges.
