Wondering if the field you had booked is cancelled due to poor weather conditions? Call the Community Services Hotline to obtain up to date information.
Field closures due to wet field conditions are posted by 3:00 p.m. daily. However, field closures can occur during the evening and on weekends due to changing weather conditions. The Hotline is updated in the evenings and on weekends as required. If in doubt about the status of your field, please call the Hotline at 460-2881.
Please respect all field closures. Field closures are necessary to protect athletes from injury as well as the turf from damage. One game or practice on a saturated field can cause more turf damage than a full season's play under good field conditions. These are your fields! Please take care of them!

Thinking of playing a little Soccer, Rugby, Ultimate Frisbee or Football? Depending on the season of the sport, if you've got a team, there will be a field for you to book (seasonally dependant i.e.: football fields can be booked ONLY during the football season). We currently have 6 multi-use sports fields, in addition to 17 fields designated for specific sports and 2 outdoor running tracks available for you to schedule playtime*.
For groups who wish to book weekly use of a sports field for the upcoming season, the application deadline for field use is at the end of the first week of April. Exceptions are given to school activities, which run through the months of September and October.
