Grant•Harvey Centre

The Grant•Harvey Centre features a 1,500-seat NHL-sized ice surface, a 560-seat, fully-accessible Olympic-sized ice surface, ten large dressing rooms, offices for officials and event organizers, a walking and running track, two community rooms, one meeting room and one event hosting room, and two fully-licensed canteens operated by the Epsilon Y’s Men Club. The complex is home ice for the St. Thomas University women’s hockey team, as well as the Fredericton High School men’s and women’s hockey teams.

This state-of-the-art facility is part of Scotiabank Park South, a community recreation hub, which also offers an artificial turf field, an indoor tennis facility, and a dog park, and a dirt jump bike skill park for BMX and free-ride cyclists.

    Grant•Harvey Centre Community Rooms

    The Grant•Harvey Centre offers two community rooms available for special events. Each room has the capacity to host up to 45 people in theatre style seating or 30 people around tables. For larger events, both rooms can be opened up to accommodate up to 100. Each community room features roll up doors which can be opened on to the NHL ice surface. Also available is a boardroom-style meeting room, which can accommodate up to 25. As well, the first floor offers an event hosting room, which can also accommodate up to 25 people.

    Rates are $22.50/hr per room.

    Included at no additional charge upon request are a projection screen (Community Rooms only), and projector with multiple inputs (Community Rooms only), podium, wireless internet, and room set up by staff prior to your arrival.

    The walking/running track located at the Grant • Harvey Centre is open to the public free of charge except during paid events.
