Brookside Drive Trail Project (Roundabout to Reynolds)

What to Expect:

Traffic Impacts:
No significant impacts or detours are expected for vehicles.

Public Transit Impacts:
Public transit will not be affected by this project.

Pedestrian Impacts:
The sidewalk in front of Brookside Mall will be closed during construction. Pedestrians will need to move around the construction zone to access their destinations.

The Benefits:

Once completed, the new multi-use trail will provide a dedicated and safer route for cyclists accessing Brookside Mall. This improvement enhances connectivity between the Fulton Heights and West Hills neighborhoods and contributes to the City of Fredericton’s growing multi-use trail network.
