Residents living near the Lady Beaverbrook Rink on University Avenue are advised that the City of Fredericton Water & Sewer Utility is performing work this May to November constructing a new production well (PW #12).
The well will help increase capacity in the city’s water system, in support of a growing city, and create redundancy in the system when other wells go offline for maintenance.
The work will occur during daylight hours from Monday to Friday. Security tape and markers are placed around the site and security surveillance is provided 24/7, 7 days a week.
