Do I need a permit?
A Building Permit is required prior to developing a new building, an addition, or making significant alterations to an existing building.
A Plumbing Permit is required prior to adding or modifying plumbing lines in a new or existing building.
Be aware that you could face serious consequences, including financial penalties, work delays, demolition of completed work and even legal action if you do not secure the proper permits.
