COVID-19 Service Centre Health & Safety Protocols

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to change in its scope and impact, the City of Fredericton is doing everything we can to continue to serve customers while keeping health and safety in mind.

When visiting the Service Centre, residents can expect to see COVID-19 health and safety precautionary measures, including hand sanitation station, physical distancing signage, and physical barriers installed at counters that allow for safer interaction with customers. Public Health strongly recommends that the public wear non-medical masks, also referred to as community face masks, when out in the community when physical distancing is challenging.

As a reminder, after June 1, 2020, residents struggling financially as a result of COVID-19 impacts and unable to pay for City services, such as Water & Sewer, are required to contact Service Fredericton as soon as possible. The City, as always, will work with residents to find alternative payment scheduling options in lieu of extra charges or service interruption.

* * * NEW Pre-booking appointment option: Residents have the option of pre-booking an in-person or online appointment.

Residents that choose to pay for City services in-person without an appointment should plan their time and parking accordingly to provide appropriate transaction times.
