The Environmental Dashboard is a visual hub where residents can easily see our progress on climate issues through graphs, maps, and links. The City of Fredericton has set ambitious climate targets within our Community Energy & Emissions Plan, our Corporate Energy & Emissions Plan, and our Climate Change Adaptation Plan. Being transparent and sharing our progress is key to the success of these plans.
Via the Environmental Dashboard, citizens will be able to see and understand our climate targets, assess whether the City is moving in the right direction, learn about actions the City is taking to meet its goals, and find out how they can participate in climate action. The information on the dashboard will be updated annually and we will also regularly assess the need for additional indicators.
