New Brunswick Exhibition Grounds Site Development Plan

The NBEX and Fredericton City Council have adopted a final Site Development Plan for the NBEX Grounds. The NBEX Board of Directors voted to adopt the Plan during a meeting on April 22, 2021 and City Council adopted the Plan at its regular meeting later that same month.

Now that the final Site Development Plan has been adopted, the City will create a Municipal Secondary Plan to enable development on the Grounds within its planning framework.
