Grant-Harvey Centre

The Grant-Harvey Centre offers two community rooms available for special events. Each room has the capacity to host up to 45 people in theatre style seating or 30 people around tables. For larger events, both rooms can be opened up to accommodate up to 100. Each community room features roll up doors which can be opened on to the NHL ice surface. Also available is a boardroom-style meeting room, which can accommodate up to 15.

Included at no additional charge upon request are a projection screen and projector with multiple inputs, podium, and room set up by staff prior to your arrival.

Three spacious community rooms are available for special events. Each individual room has the capacity to host up to 60 people in theatre-style seating or 40 people around tables. For larger events, all three rooms can be opened up to accommodate up to 200.

Killarney Lake Lodge

Available Hours: 8am – 12am

Rotary Room

Rate: $47.50/hr (plus HST)

The Rotary Room is a large event space with a fireplace, deck, washrooms and kitchen with basic amenities (dishes, cutlery, glassware, coffee/tea urns). Note - This is not a prep kitchen. This room is available for meetings, potlucks, social gatherings and weddings up to 100 people. For seated events with tables the maximum capacity is 90 people.

Rental includes a projector/screen and wifi. The room can be set up with 6’ round tables or 6’ long rectangular tables; both including white table linens.

Odell Park Lodge

This facility features a large meeting room with a fireplace, washroom and kitchen (fridge, stove and microwave only). The lodge is available for groups or individuals wishing to hold meetings, lectures, and social gatherings of up to 70 people. Please note the lodge is a smoke-free facility and BBQs are not provided.

Available Hours 8:00am – 9:30pm

Rate: $22.50/hr (plus HST) for upstairs floor only, minimum of 2 hours
