Collision reports must be requested by the insurance company or law firm that is representing you. If you require a copy of a report, companies or firms may complete the request form below and submit it online. Fees: Report $75.00 Administrative Fee $11.25 (taxable) Total: $87.94 Payment can be made in the following ways: By Phone: Payment by phone can be made by calling the Service Centre at 506-460-2020 By Cheque: Cheques should be mailed to City Hall, Accounts Receivable, 397 Queen Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick, E3B 1B5 In Person: Payments can be made in person at the Service Center at City Hall Note: This is for collision report requests only. All other Police reports require a Request for Information. Payment must include the reference number provided by email. Without this reference number, the collision report cannot be issued. If the file requested is still an active investigation, we will be unable to release it until such time as the file is concluded. Credit Card Over the Phone By Cheque An email will be sent to the email address provided with a reference number. This number must be referenced with your payment. Collision Reports will not be released until payment is received. By submitting this request, you acknowledge that the fee associated with this request covers the cost of conducting an investigation within our system. If a collision report is available, a copy will be provided as part of this service.
