Parking Facilities

City of Fredericton manages over 500 on-street parking spaces and operates a number of parking facilities.

All meter and monthly parking rates include HST. Some of our locations offer long-term monthly parking or single calendar month virtual permits where space is available. All virtual permits are sold through and managed by HotSpot Parking Inc. Please check HotSpot for availability.

East End Parking Garage

Location: 635 King Street next to the Fredericton Convention Centre

  • Queen & King Street entrance/exits between Regent & St. John Streets

  • Short term parking rate: $1.00 per hour for first 9 hours; between 9 and 24 hours prorated hourly to a maximum of $15.00
  • Monthly virtual permit rate (single calendar month and long term) for 24/7 access: $130.00 per month
  • Pre-authorized credit card payment only, via a personal HotSpot account

York Street Carpark
