Regular Council meetings are normally held at 7:30 pm on the second and fourth Mondays of the month, except for holidays. Special meetings may be called.
Council-in-Committee meetings are normally held on the second and fourth Mondays of the month prior to the Regular City Council meetings. Council-in-Committee meetings are either open Budget Meetings, generally held in the fall, or closed Council-in-Committee meetings to discuss items that fall under section 68(1) of the Local Governance Act.
Standing Committees normally meet every Thursday at noon, except for holidays. Additional meetings may be held on Tuesdays, as well.
