Kevin Darrah has lived in Fredericton his whole life. He’s been an active and involved community member since graduating from Fredericton High School in the 1990’s. He is a Paramedic with Ambulance NB.
This is Coun. Darrah’s second term on Fredericton City Council, having been first elected as representative of Ward 7 in May 2016 and being re-elected in May 2021. During his first term in office, he was Chair of the Mobility Committee, and a member of the Economic Vitality Committee, Environmental Stewardship Committee, Governance & Civic Engagement Committee, Planning Advisory Committee, and Public Safety Committee.
He is a long serving volunteer for the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival and has been recognized for his hard work by being awarded the Lifetime Member Award and the Core Volunteer of the Year Award.
Kevin lives in Lincoln with his young family, including his wife, Melanie, as well as a son and daughter.
