One male has died, following a two-vehicle collision on McLeod Hill Road in Fredericton last night.
On Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at approximately 5:45 p.m., Fredericton Police patrol officers, as well as the Fredericton Fire Department and Ambulance New Brunswick responded to a collision between a motorcycle and an SUV in the 1000-block of McLeod Hill Road.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 17-year old from Fredericton, was transported to the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, and was pronounced dead a short time later.
The second driver, a 62-year-old male, sustained no physical injuries.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing, being led by the Major Crime Team, with assistance from Forensic Identification and Accident Reconstruction.
