Fredericton, N.B. – Fredericton Police have charged 49-year-old Joshua Burden in connection with a fire that occurred on the evening of October 29, 2024, on Queen Street.
Burden appeared in court Oct. 31, and was charged with the following:
- S. 433(a) CCC - Arson with disregard for human life
- S. 7331(1)(a) CCC - Breach of Probation
Burden will remain in custody until a further court hearing.
