Fredericton (N.B) - On Nov.1, 2022, the Fredericton Police Drugs and Organized Crime Unit executed a CDSA warrant with the assistance of Fredericton Police Force’s Forensics Section. As a result of the investigation, a 44-year-old male from Fredericton was arrested just outside of Fredericton and charged with the following:
- CDSA Sec 5(2) Possession for the purpose of trafficking to wit: cocaine (schedule I)
- CDSA Sec 5(2) Possession for the purpose of trafficking to wit: methamphetamine (schedule I)
The male was released on a promise to appear to attend court on January 7th, 2023 to answer the above charges.
