Officer receives award for saving a life

Cst. Nathan Myles received the St. John Ambulance Life-Saving Award on Saturday, July 9th, 2022, in recognition of his efforts in saving another person’s life. Cst. Myles provided first aid to a three-month-old baby who was not breathing.

The award was presented by the Honourable Brenda L. Murphy, Lieutenant-Governor of New Brunswick, at a ceremony which took place at the Lieutenant-Governor’s Residence in Fredericton.

The St. John Ambulance Life-saving Awards Program was established over 30 years ago to acknowledge individuals or groups of individuals who have administered first aid while saving or attempting to save a life.
