Targeted Police Operation in Fredericton Leads to Multiple Arrests

On Wed., Dec. 4, 2024, the Fredericton Police Force executed a targeted operation to enhance safety and security in the business improvement areas of the city, as part of its commitment to increase patrols in these areas.

In the span of four hours, officers successfully conducted the operation, resulting in the arrest of four individuals and the execution of ten warrants.

The details of the arrests are as follows:

•    One male was apprehended on a Canada-Wide Unlawfully at Large (UAL) Warrant.
•    One male was arrested with two outstanding warrants.
•    One male was taken into custody with four outstanding warrants.
•    One male was detained with six outstanding warrants.

The Fredericton Police Force remains committed to maintaining public safety and addressing the concerns of the community. Increased patrols and targeted operations will continue as necessary to ensure a safe environment for all residents and businesses in Fredericton.
