Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2000 for information leading to the arrest of Jacob Phillips.

On Nov. 7, 2022, the Fredericton Police Force responded to a call on Riverside Drive where a woman reported having been shot in the leg. The victim was transported to hospital and is in stable condition. Police believe this was not a random act.
A warrant has been issued for Jacob James Phillips, age 21 of Fredericton.
Phillips is charged with the following:
- CC 244(2) - Discharging a firearm with intent
- CC 88 - Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
- CC 268(1) - Aggravated assault
- CC 145(4)(a) - Breach of an undertaking
Phillips is described as approx. 5’9; 160 lbs., with short, dark hair and a dark goatee.
The Fredericton Police Force’s Major Crime Unit is investigating the file and ask that anyone with information regarding this incident or Phillips' whereabouts contact Det.
