
Fredericton Police Force and Integrated Enforcement Unit (IEU) seize significant amount of drugs; three arrested, two charged with drug offenses
On April 12, 2023, members of the Fredericton Police Force’s Street Crime Unit located a stolen vehicle traveling on the south side of Fredericton. The vehicle was followed to the northside, where the vehicle was successfully stopped by officers with assistance of the Patrol division. Three individuals were arrested without incident. Upon search of the vehicle a quantity of drugs and cash were seized, along with an imitation firearm and some ammunition. The Integrated Enforcement Unit (IEU) was called to assist with investigation and exhibits. The street value of drugs seized is approximately $50,000 dollars.
28 year old Kyle INGRAHAM appeared in court for a bail hearing on April 17, 2023 and has been charged with:

CDSA - possession of CDSA (schedule I) for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine
CDSA - possession of CDSA (schedule I) for the purpose of trafficking - cocaine
Possession of property obtained by crime; s.355(b)(i) CC
Possession of proceeds obtained by crime; s. 355(b)(i) CC
Careless storage of ammunition; s.86(3)(a) CC
40 year old Katie STEWART appeared in court for a bail hearing on April 17, 2023 and has been charged with:
CDSA - possession of CDSA (schedule I) for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine
CDSA - possession of CDSA (schedule I) for the purpose of trafficking - cocaine
CDSA - possession of CDSA (schedule I) for the purpose of trafficking – hydromorphone
Possession of property obtained by crime; s.355(b)(i) CC
Careless storage of ammunition; s.86(3)(a) CC
Ingraham and Stewart were released on condition after their bail hearings. Both are scheduled to return to court on May 8, 2023.
A 45-year-old male was released with a future court date.
