Parking Garages & Lots

The City of Fredericton currently manages over 1,500 parking spaces in garages and surface lots, with hourly parking available.

Some of our locations also offer single-month virtual permits or long-term monthly virtual parking, where space is available. All virtual permits are sold through and managed by HotSpot Parking Inc. Please check HotSpot for availability.

All hourly and monthly parking rates include HST.

Payment is required at most locations Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, except holidays.

The East End Garage is the only location that requires payment at all times (24/7).
