Council Meeting Live Stream
Fredericton City Council meetings are held at 7:30 pm on the second and fourth Mondays of the month, except for holidays. These meetings provide a forum where Council makes decisions on municipal matters, including policies, budgets, and community initiatives. Special meetings may be called as needed.
Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) Live Stream
The Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) is an appointed Committee of Council made up of three Councillors and six local citizens. PAC reviews land use planning matters, including rezoning, subdivisions, and variances, and makes recommendations to Council. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month, except in December.
Committee Meetings
Every Thursday at noon, City Council holds discussions focused on various topics, where members learn about new ideas and receive updates from staff. No decisions are made during these sessions; rather, they serve as a platform for Council to explore ideas, projects, and initiatives.
Standing committees, composed of appointed City Councillors, focus on specific areas of interest and play a key role in shaping policies, programs, and initiatives.
They are all live-streamed on this page. If you currently see the message "Searching for live stream" on the screen, we are not broadcasting at the moment.
Members of Council may be present in Council Chambers or may be participating using electronic communications. The public can hear the meeting via the livestream below or in person at Council Chambers in City Hall. To confirm meeting schedules, view agendas, or watch public meetings live, view below.
