Additional Temporary Use Variance application to permit Group Home and Office use in the Multi-Residential Zone 2 (MR-2). No additions to the existing building footprint are being proposed.

The proposal would accommodate short-term stays for up to 10 children aged 0 to 8 under staff supervision.

Onsite therapeutic services (including speech therapy and education assessments) would be provided for the children in the home, and the proposed Office use would be exclusively for the practitioners that provide services to the children.
