Application Description
Amend terms and conditions and enter into a new development agreement associated with By-law No Z-5.241. Terms and conditions and development agreement amended to:
- permit a maximum 112 micro-homes;
- permit assisted living for no more than 30 persons;
- add a new site plan to include the assisted living use; and
- add building design drawings for the assisted living use.
