City Council has released their priorities and goals that will help support the city's future growth through commitments to community safety, affordable recreation amenities, infrastructure renewal, and quality of life investments.
Council’s vision is to create “a leading, vibrant, safe, and inclusive capital city that fosters community pride, connection, and opportunity for current and future generations”.
To complement the vision, Council developed five strategic themes related to community safety, building and connecting community, people-focused leadership and creating conditions to enable community vibrancy.
