Lodges & Community Rooms

The Grant-Harvey Centre offers two community rooms available for special events. Each room can host up to 45 people in theatre style seating or 30 people around tables. For larger events, both rooms can be combined to accommodate up to 100 people. Each community room features roll up doors that open onto the NHL ice surface.

A boardroom-style meeting room is also available, which can accommodate up to 15 people.
Included at no additional charge upon request are a projector and screen, podium, and room set up by staff prior to your arrival.

Three spacious community rooms are available for special events. Each individual room has the capacity to host up to 60 people in theatre-style seating or 40 people around tables. For larger events, all three rooms can be combined to accommodate up to 200 people.

Killarney Lake Lodge offers: 

• Large event space for up to 100 people, or 90 people if seated.
• Round or rectangular tables, including white table linens.
• Cozy electric fireplace and deck
• Washrooms
• Kitchen with basic amenities, including dishes, cutlery, glassware, and coffee/tea urns. Please note that this is not a prep kitchen
• Wireless internet
• Audiovisual equipment, TV with HDMI input
• Presentation equipment, including flipcharts, presentation boards, and podiums (upon request)

The Odell Park Lodge offers: 

• Large upstairs meeting room for up to 70 people
• Downstairs meeting room two spaces for up to 70 people
• Kitchen (both floors) including a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee urn (stove upstairs only)
• Cozy electric fireplace (both floors)
• Washroom (both floors)
• Wireless Internet (both floors)
• Audiovisual equipment,  TV with HDMI input (both floors)
• Presentation equipment, including flipcharts, and a podium (upon request)

Please note the lodge is a smoke-free facility and BBQs are not provided.
