What do you enjoy most about working at Fredericton Transit?
Five months ago, I was fortunate to be hired as an Operator 2 (Bus Driver) with Fredericton Transit. I truly enjoy this front-line role because it allows me to meet people from all walks of life. Through this experience, I have developed a deeper sense of understanding and consideration for others.
I am also grateful for the benefits provided to me as an employee of the City. Although my position is classified as part-time, I consistently receive a substantial number of working hours, which I greatly appreciate.
Most importantly, I value the supportive and encouraging environment within the Transit Department. From my very first day, Trainers, Dispatchers, and Senior Operators have continued to guide and support me in performing my duties effectively.
I am proud to be part of the City Government of Fredericton.
