Three people have been arrested and charged following a months-long, intelligence-led investigation by members of the Fredericton Integrated Enforcement Unit (IEU) into a suspected drug trafficking operation in the Fredericton area.
On Sept. 24, 2025, IEU members arrested Troy Jason Campbell age 54, Stephanie Doiron age 37 and another male age 44, all of Fredericton for possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine.
A search related to the investigation led to the seizure of approximately 22 grams of cocaine, multiple cell phones, small baggies, crack pipes, Canadian currency, a digital scale, and several pieces of identification.
Campbell is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and possession of identity documents without lawful excuse. He was remanded in custody and appeared in court on Oct. 24, 2025. Campbell has multiple trafficking charges pending over the past two years.
Doiron is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and was held on outstanding warrants. She remains in custody.
The third individual is also facing trafficking charges but was released on conditions. He cannot be named until he appears in court.
"Disrupting the drug trade and removing dangerous substances from our streets is a top priority for Fredericton’s Integrated Enforcement Unit," said Inspector David Cooper. "Our intelligence-led operations allow us to target those who threaten public safety and work collaboratively to keep our community safer every day."
Fredericton’s Integrated Enforcement Unit (IEU) is composed of Fredericton Police Force officers, members of the New Brunswick RCMP, and Justice and Public Safety officers. The NBIEU units operate within nine municipal police forces across the province, strengthening the coordinated response to rising concerns about drugs, firearms, and organized crime in New Brunswick.
