On April 6th, 2023, members of the Fredericton Police Force’s Street Crime division located two vehicles previously reported as stolen (a BMW and a Mercedes Benz) driving in the area of Sheffield, New Brunswick. After a tire deflation device was deployed, one female was taken into custody. The second vehicle rammed a police car and attempted to flee but was successfully stopped. After a short foot chase a male was also taken into custody. Two firearms (a modified .22 caliber rifle and a 20-gauge shotgun) and an amount of crystal meth were recovered from the vehicledriven by the male suspect.

KING was released on conditions after her bail hearing. She is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
