Amend the Residential Zone One (R-1) to permit the existing Child Care Centre – Large and the Private School to continue to operate under new ownership.

The change in ownership will require existing By-laws Z-5.155 and Z-5.289 and associated terms and conditions be repealed and a new By-law written.

The hours of operation will continue to be from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

There will be no change to the number of children on the site.
