Recreation

In keeping with the Province’s COVID-19 recently announced guidelines and protective health measures, as of September 22, 2021, all people aged 12 and up will be required to show their record of double immunization or medical exemption certificate along with a government issued identification to be able to access City of Fredericton facilities. Masking in indoor public spaces will also be required.

This means that you must mask and show proof of double vaccination or medical exemption in order to enter our arenas, the indoor pool, senior centres, our lodges, and public meetings at City Hall.

What will be accepted for proof of vaccination upon entry to the Recreation Facilities?

- MyHealthNB record

- Immunization record from an RHA clinic, pharmacy, or Public Health

- Photo or copy of an immunization record

- Proof of Vaccination from another jurisdiction

- Medical exemption certificate

We thank the public for their cooperation.

Drop-in use will once again be available to take part in public swimming, public skating and to access indoor tracks. We encourage you to continue to make use of our online reservation app as it will keep you up-to-date of any scheduling changes and secure your spot prior to arrival.

Registration is now open for many of City of Fredericton Recreation’s fall programs. Learn more
